Ingredients

  • ½ cup avocado, chopped
  • 3 cups walnuts (milk)
  • 1 tablespoon acai powder
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla (powder, extract or seed)
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed oil
  • 6 dates, soaked
  • ½ cup ice

Directions

  1. Place everything into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
